What you will need to be successful:
- Experience working with O365, Azure AD, Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint online and Exchange online.
- Experience with Windows 10 operating system.
- Experience with Networked environments.
- Broad technical experience with mobile and fixed computer devices.
- Experience with MDM system to enrol, troubleshoot, update and maintain mobile devices and laptops.
- Experience with basic application support like – SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, PowerApp, HR system etc.
- Provide timely customer service including updates to customers as per service level agreements.
- Helpdesk problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Helpdesk technical and process documentation including frequently asked questions.
- Record and update all helpdesk issues and requests in the service desk system
- Respond to service outages.
- Implement hardware and software upgrades and configuration changes, including technical documentation.
- Maintain active directory user and computer accounts.
- Configure desktops, mobile phones, phones, laptops, printers and other peripherals as required.
