Job Description

  • 6 month contract 
  • Melbourne - Heildelburg Location 
  • Great daily rate 
Our client is looking for a Level 1 & 2 Support Desk Engineer to join the team. The role will be remote for a while but as things open up here in Melbourne they would love to have you onsite to work with the wider team 

What you will need to be successful: 

  • Experience working with O365, Azure AD, Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint online and Exchange online.
  • Experience with Windows 10 operating system.
  • Experience with Networked environments.
  • Broad technical experience with mobile and fixed computer devices.
  • Experience with MDM system to enrol, troubleshoot, update and maintain mobile devices and laptops.
  • Experience with basic application support like – SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, PowerApp, HR system etc.   
  • Provide timely customer service including updates to customers as per service level agreements.
  • Helpdesk problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Helpdesk technical and process documentation including frequently asked questions.
  • Record and update all helpdesk issues and requests in the service desk system
  • Respond to service outages.
  • Implement hardware and software upgrades and configuration changes, including technical documentation.
  • Maintain active directory user and computer accounts.
  • Configure desktops, mobile phones, phones, laptops, printers and other peripherals as required.
