Technical Requirements and Knowledge
o Ecommerce / shopping cart knowledge
o PHP 5 and 7
o PHPUnit
o JavaScript/jQuery/CSS (Backbone, Tungsten, Node)
o MySQL & SQL Server Database Development
o Agile Development Methodology
o Familiar with Continuous Integration and Delivery
o Ability to develop your application for both functionality and
performance
o Payment gateway management and integration
o Third-party platform integration experience
o Have worked with and consumed web services such as REST and SOAP
o Analytics integration and custom metrics tracking.
Nice to have
o Web Server Configuration Knowledge
o Comfort in working in Linux and Windows Server based environments
o Automated Web Testing such as WebDriver or Selenium
o Load balancing and web traffic management
o Lnix system administration, configuration and deployments
Qualifications
o Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with a variety of
internal and external stakeholders.
o The role will require you to hit the ground running quickly and to be
working with stakeholders across the business.
o Therefore, your interpersonal skills and ability to manage different
stakeholders will differentiate you as a talented developer.
o Preference for small team and highly focused environment
o Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality software
o Love to learn new skills and technologies to solve problems for
customers and clients
o 5+ years of PHP development
o 2+ years of e-Commerce development
o Want to be a part of a team working to build an awesome e-commerce
platform for desktop platforms and mobile
o As the business grows, we will also be working on tools to help scale
technical operations within production, fulfillment and customer care.
