The business are currently using a contractor to complete their day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks however want to move this into a full time, permanent position.

What will I be responsible for?
As the sole Salesforce professional in the business, you will be responsible for maintaining all functionality for Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds as well as other analytics tools on the platform).
You will also be responsible for Salesforce training across the business, creating super users across the business.
You will also be responsible for defining and developing the on-going strategy for the Salesforce platform.
You, as the ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Multiple years experience on the Salesforce platform as an Administrator / Platform owner.
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hold at least 2 Salesforce certifications
- Have experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud (or Pardot).
This will be a full time position based in Sydney CBD, the business operates a COVID safe environment and therefore there will be options to work from home.
