Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders and purchase orders with precision and accuracy.
- Oversee data input and flow for goods-in, delivery, and invoicing processes.
- Act as a liaison between internal sales teams and customers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring all shipping information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare shipping documents, including purchase orders and commercial invoices, and ensure timely filing.
- Adhere to trade compliance procedures, including export control rules and legislation, and conduct due diligence as necessary.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
