Job Description

Join our client's team as a Customer Success/Inside Sales SaaS Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving revenue growth within your allocated region. Become a trusted advisor in the SaaS space, converting leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients.


  • Convert MQLs, SQLs, partner clients, website inquiries, or inbound calls into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and act as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients.
  • Understand and follow the sales process as outlined in the SaaS industry.
  • Seek new sales opportunities through provided leads and channels like Live Chat.
  • Manage webinars effectively to attract potential customers.
  • Complete all administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales KPIs and objectives as per the daily report and quarterly targets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing product/service inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and accounts, recommending additional products/services as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and providing feedback.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Daily inbound and outbound calls, including new leads and customer service calls.
  • Promptly address uncontacted leads and deal with previous day's deals.
  • Upsell opportunities and resolve customer service issues efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly individual sales and conversion rate targets.
  • Effective HubSpot management and adherence to sales processes.
  • Solicit and incorporate customer feedback when applicable.

Skills Required:

Energetic and self-motivated individual with premium communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a high work ethic.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent listening and questioning skills, along with objection handling techniques.
Proficiency in hunting, retaining, and growing customer relationships.
