Job Description
Role:
- Own one of the key Scrum teams within the Cyber Security business unit identifying/prioritising items in their backlog ensuring delivery of business value
- Plan the roadmap in collaboration with the Chief Product Owner, other Product Owners and stakeholders
- Participate in increment scoping, planning and prioritisation
- Write and develop stories with acceptance criteria ensuring the product backlog is clear
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies between backlog items and stakeholders
- Drive an Agile mindset and practices in collaboration with the broader team
- Product Owner experience in an Agile environment
- Analytical thinker with the ability to articulate a clear vision
- Problem solving skills with good attention to detail
- Relationship management skills able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Self-motivated customer centric approach with a strong drive to succeed
- Knowledge with PAM/Identity Access Management (IAM) a plus
- Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
