Our client has a newly created position for a Microsoft Information Solution Manager to join the team.
The position will be supporting the business in its strategic direction for online environments, with a special focus on: intranet, internet, Microsoft 365 and other related online communication platforms, through providing advice, development and implementation of best technical solutions in line with the digital technology and engagement strategy and roadmaps.
In this role some of your responsibilities would be:
Maintain alignment between the online technologies and M365 apps/services and IT enterprise architecture vision.
- Actively support strategic goals by driving digital transformation across the business divisions.
- Develop the M365 Adoption Strategy, establish and lead a Governance Committee to support the planning and prioritisation of initiatives and drive priorities.
- Ensure business adoption and usage of the Microsoft 365 Application Suite is compliant with Policy and Regulatory requirements, including Information Governance standards.
- Conducts regular audits of licensing across the enterprise to ensure alignment with current usage of the applications within the portfolio
- Coordinate the development of strategies that identify opportunities for improving digital communication technologies, as well as digital marketing, digital finance, digital HR and digital clinical health.
- Provide advice, development, and implementation of best technical solutions in line with the digital technology requirements of the engagement roadmaps
- Help stakeholders to understand and gain more value from the Microsoft 365 product offering
- Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of innovative IT solutions that demonstrate measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Prior experience in a Product Owner role or a similar position
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies, including a strong understanding of data governance requirements within an enterprise setting.
- Decisive, resourceful, and innovative, with demonstrated success at developing and implementing business improvements.
- Demonstrable experience in the development of a digital transformation framework for Microsoft 365 products.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management including capacity to engage and influence at all levels.
- Strong technical, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective long-term relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong project management skills including experience with adoption/change management and Benefits realisation.
