Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the company towards more purposeful and transformational growth in international markets. You will be responsible for managing diverse teams, driving rapid technology business scale-up, overseeing digital technology initiatives, and spearheading export market development efforts. Additionally, you will represent the company internationally at a senior executive level, cultivate strong partnership relationships, identify growth opportunities, and commercialisation of technology and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of business objectives.
- Drive rapid technology business scale-up initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering and product development teams to drive innovation and product excellence.
- Work with the International Growth Specialist to develop and execute export market development strategies, representing the company at a senior executive level and fostering strong partnership relationships
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in diverse markets and channels, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Support the marketing specialist to develop and implement branding and marketing strategies tailored to a fast-growing, international technology company
- Proven track record of successful team and project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in driving rapid technology business scale-up and managing digital technology initiatives.
- Strong background in software engineering and product development, with a focus on innovation and excellence - desire
- Demonstrated expertise in export market development, senior executive-level representation, and partnership relationship management.
- Exceptional ability to identify growth opportunities, commercialize technology, and drive branding and marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
