As the Event Manager you will be responsible for every aspect of assigned events, from choosing venues, liaising with suppliers (Chinese and local) to post event reporting.
You must be well-organized but most importantly have a passion for events!
Role responsibilities
- End to end event management
- Booking & Liaising with venues, AV / Build Providers / Security
- Liaising with sponsors / creating sponsorship packages & agreements
- Talent & staff management
- Experience executing all EDM's & Social Media activity
- Overseeing/ managing website & ticket sales
- Designing & overseeing floor plans
- Liaising with Exhibitors
- Obtaining all required licences (food, liquor, etc)
- Post show reporting and evaluation
About you
- Fluent in Chinese
- Proven experience in Event Management roles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Outstanding communication
- Strong negotiation skills
- Degree in Event Management or PR is an advantage but not essential
