Job Description
This Analytics team is expanding due to data being more valued by the business and an exciting transformation project kicking off in the New Financial Year. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with growth on the horizon. Your influence in the business will be a key contributor to this growth. You will be responsible for data pipelines, data lakes in Azure and the data preparing and manipulation for the data visualisation team. The technical environment will be Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Azure Environment in: Power Platform, Power Flow (Power Automate), App Service, Azure SQL Database, Matillion ETL, Azure ADF and DevOps.

- Building and maintaining the data pipelines for the business (ETL)
- Ensure the accuracy of code quality, logging, exception management and performance.
- Scope business requirements and build stakeholder relationships for the team
- Build reusable code, libraries, patterns and consumable frameworks for data sourcing, staging, transform, conforming and extraction
- Designing and managing the data environment (including data ingestion, modelling, and productionisation processes) to constantly create, drive and up-lift of data and analytics capability
- Design processes around data-loading, data-transformation, data modelling and productionisation of data models/assets
- Implement and improve ELT and Data Ingestion and Integration processes that integrate data from numerous
- Documentation and assist with data literacy across the organisation
- MUST have apparel industry experience
- IT/Engineering University level qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Must be proficient in MSBI Stack, Azure, Power BI and exposure to Snowflake is desirable
- Proven experience in SQL and ETL
- Extensive experience in coding solutions using scripting languages such as R/Python,
- SQL and visualisations such as Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (essential)
- Proven experience across data warehousing and reporting platforms
- Proven experience working in an agile environment
- Current full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
