The Company
My client is a Global Leader in their field, specialising in HCM Software for Mid to Enterprise Clients. They partner up with HR teams within Business & Government organisations to drive constant improvement in talent management, recruitment, leadership development, training and assessment.
The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a motivated BDM to hunt for new accounts in the Enterprise space. This is a role for someone who is passionate about providing real solutions to their clients. You will be generating new business and growing a strong portfolio of clients presenting the software platform and tools to C-Level executives and HR Directors. This role would suit a motivated, intelligent individual who enjoys being in front of clients and building real relationships.
Your Role & Relevant Experience:
- Bring a results focused enthusiastic approach to your clients
- Hunt for new business in the Enterprise Space maintaining a high activity rate of meetings and proposals
- Use internal & External Network to generate pipeline
- Experience working with C-Level HR Professionals desired - not essential
- Strong solution sales experience
- Ability to build rapport & present over the phone and face to face
- Background in Talent Management or Organisation Psychology would be well regarded
- Tertiary Education
