Business Development Manager
$90,000 + Super + Commission
Full-time, permanent position

Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the industrial packaging machinery and tool strapping industry? Look no further! Our Client is a well-established company specialising in all aspects of strapping and packaging systems, and we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join the already well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial packaging sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products and services.
- Providing demonstrations of products and services to prospecting and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Provide excellent knowledge on all areas of packaging systems, tools, machinery and equipment
Requirements:
- Experience with strapping equipment, packaging machinery, industrial packaging products and services
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the industrial machinery or packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Loyal and dedicated professional looking for a growth opportunity and to see the company soar
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Relationship builder, honest, and integral to all staff and customers
