Job Description:
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility will be to engage with both new and existing customers. This role offers a blend of challenges and rewards as you navigate managing existing accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities across the Sydney metro. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics, heavy transport equipment, crane hire, and mining equipment sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to logistics, heavy transport equipment, crane hire, and mining equipment.
About you:
  • Previous sales/business development experience in transport logistics, construction, crane, and mining equipment hire 
  • Excellent strategic & organisational skills
  • Have a clear passion for the industry and sales 
  • Hunger to grow the Sydney region and build a huge client base
