Are you ready to step into a pivotal Business Development Manager role representing a rapidly expanding organisation in Meadowbrook, QLD? This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the accommodation, healthcare, and mining sectors.

Your role as a BDM will encompass engaging with clients across multiple locations starting with hitting the ground running in Queensland and eventually expanding to include Cairns and Mackay.


Candidate Profile:
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive self-starter with an unwavering determination to succeed.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to uncover client needs and effectively communicate product solutions.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce in particular, will be advantageous.

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in laundry/linen services or selling into Health & Aged care, or Accommodation settings is beneficial. Additionally, candidates should be experienced working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate consistent daily client interaction.
  • Relationship Building: Proficient in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, including General Managers and Operations Managers, leveraging connections to drive successful partnerships and closed deals.
