Reporting directly to the Head of Warehouse and Distribution, your main duties will include:
- Daily review of labour planning and training of staff
- Maintain all day to day operations
- Daily Toolbox talks and management of documentation relating to WHS, Toolbox and Incident reporting
- Daily P&L Management in conjunction with the Distribution Manager
- Accountability for KPI and SLA targets
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the inventory control
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships - Intermediate Computer Skills.
- Good awareness of and exposure to WHS requirements
- Background in Retail is critical Online / Store Distribution
