Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a Global Pharmaceutical company and work on a major IT rollout Project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the planning, scheduling and coordinating of all training programs as part of the Global IT Project.
- Using the learning management system and other necessary tools
- Ensure appropriate participant recording documentation is issued, completed & collected for all programs.
- Maintain & complete the pre and post go-live training schedules, administration and logistics tasks.
- Printing & preparation of course program materials as well as ensuring training facilities & materials are accessible and available.
- Writing reports to the Training Lead and handling enquiries from participants and trainers.
- Liasing with trainers, department managers & employees to ensure training attendance.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritise and handle multi-tasking
- Highly organised
