Job Description
Role : Looking for an experienced Trainer for Coordinating , facilitating and managing the schedule and balancing the training demands for our client.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver training through a range of mediums including inhouse, at customer sites, or via WebEx
- Liaising with key stakeholders to identify the requirements for each training session
- Develop, improve, and maintain training & assessment materials in collaboration with team members; including printed, online, and multimedia
- Assist the Application Support Team during busy periods or when they are short staffed
- Scheduling efficient travel plans when training is to be conducted at a customer's site
- Collection of participant feedback from each training session conducted
- Attending team meetings and other company meetings
- Where required, represent the company at conferences and trade shows
Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience in training, education or adult learning
- Previous experience in the health, community or aged care sectors
- Ability to effectively develop and deliver training programs to customers and competent in presenting to both large and small groups
- Patience and commitment to achieve predetermined goals as set by internal and internal stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
