Job Description
They are seeking an experienced team leader who has hands-on experience in assembly, and production work to lead the team of production staff and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Auburn
- Monday-Friday
- 7-3pm daily and half day on Friday
- Weekends paid at OT
- 70-75k + Super + Company profit share
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of 5-10 production workers
- Assisting with minor fabrication, assembly and production of roofing, skylights and more!
- Overseeing scheduling, ensuring the team is working productively and efficiently
- Reporting into the Warehouse manager
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Background in carpentry or construction is an asset
