Job Description
Role : The Validation Specialist is responsible for ensuring computer systems are validated according to their risk profile This includes the review and approval of the contractors' documentation and testing.
Responsibilities :
- Completion, review and maintenance of the RTM to trace requirements to FDDs/FSDs
- Maintain risk assessment of those requirements in order to scope the required testing activities
- identify testing gaps
- Provide test script writers with validation guidance
- Review test scripts against regulatory requirements, validation guidelines and IT Compliance requirements
- Ensure adequate objective evidence is required by the test script to prove to regulatory authorities that the system functionality achieves expected outcomes
- Support test script execution with respect to validation queries
- Monitor test script execution to ensure sufficient evidence is being provided which meets regulatory requirements
- Support defect management process including impact assessment, remediation activities and updates to test scripts
- Prepare OQ Test Summary Report
