Job Description
This large organisation is looking for strong 3-6 month contract view to extend Senior ServiceNow Developers to join them in Melbourne CBD. Experience as per below is required:-
- Minimum 3 years ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Experience providing production support services including incident root cause analysis and resolution.
- Experience administering ServiceNow solutions including configuration and administration.
- Experience developing application fixes and minor enhancements.
- Experience analysing and resolving data related issues.
- Familiarity with support incident management tool sets. Eg. Remedy.
- Experience with Agile project delivery frameworks.
