The Company
Working for one of Australia's leading manufacturer of industrial tools on a permanent basis. You will be part of a small team who will be supporting over 4,000 users across Australia on a permanent basis.
The Role
Once in this position, you will be part of a team of Service Desk Analysts. This is a completely Microsoft environment and they have recently introduced Office 365 and ServiceNow. Day to day you will be supporting over 4000 employees that are spread across Australia. As they are going through a period of change, they are growing their Service Desk team and want you to be a part of it!
The Requirements
- They are looking for about 2/3 years experience in a Service Desk position
- Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with all different types of internal customers
- Technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and ideally some experience with ServiceNow (not mandatory)
- Full working rights for Australia and to be currently based in Sydney
This is a permanent position based near Parramatta. You will be parting of a growing team and be involved in learning new technical skills that are introduced to the business. The company are looking to pay up to $70,000 per year.
