ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Management of delivery bookings
- Handle customer inquiries - regarding jobs, and complaints via email and calls
- Planning and scheduling customer orders
- Manage travel routes for the technicians
- Create quotes for service work to be completed
- Participate in rostering and after-hours care
- Liaise with the sales team and technicians
- Reporting - project statuses
- Database management in SAP
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills,
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with SAP is highly desirable
