What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of backend systems experience.
  • Proficiency in Python/Django or Golang.
  • Strong understanding of system design and relational databases like Postgres.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and using version control.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and lead other developers.
 
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Previous startup experience and flexibility to adapt to a growing company's needs.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD/DevOps, or mobile/web development.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes like Scrum or Kanban.
  • A willingness to continue learning and exploring new ideas.
