Job Description
I am on the hunt for a Senior Front-End Development Lead to join my clients rapidly growing Sydney team.
A Senior Front-End Development Lead is a senior contributor to the experience and front-end engineering team and subject matter expert who leads in the design and implementation of experience solutions for a client project. The lead will collaborate within a team of technologists to produce the customer experience for our clients' needs. This role bridges the creative, user experience and backend technical aspects of project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Creating user facing features, working closely with Design to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Collaborating with the rest of the software engineering team, consuming their APIs and ensuring that the end-to-end experience meets the functional and UX/UI aspects of the Design and Product team.
Measuring success by the overall quality, robustness and responsiveness of the application.
Key responsibilities include
Consulting with UX/UI about implementation of design
Building the UI for Prospa's products
Building and maintaining reusable code and libraries for future use
Code review other team members' work, paying attention to patterns and practices of the team
What you'll need
Approximately 5 years of frontend development experience
Minimum 2 years using Angular 1.4/ 2/ 4/ AngularJS and TypeScript
Other Relevant Technical Experience Includes
HTML5, CSS3, SASS/ LESS/ STYLUS
Vanilla javascript (ES2016)
Webpack, Gulp, build tools in general
