- Evaluating existing data systems to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows
- Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
- Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models
- Updating and optimising local and metadata models
- Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency
- Troubleshooting and optimising data systems
- Building in data quality checks and developing best practices for data coding to ensure accurate reporting of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
- Developing sustainable, accurate, and impactful reporting on key performance indicators or OKRs
- Presenting key insights to stakeholders across the business in ways that are easy to understand
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification on Industry experience IE/ Information Systems/Math
- Proficient Data Modelling and creating data flows
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders and uncover needs
- Demonstrated experience in Data Analyst roles and providing insights
- Proficient working in a cloud environment (AWS/GPC/Azure)
