Our client, Australia's most reputable and growing medical device company, is dedicated to revolutionising cardiac care with their cutting-edge, patient-friendly technology. They are looking for an Account Director to nurture their existing top accounts and provide the most professional service possible. 50% market share is forecasted!
Responsibilities:
- Nurture, build long-lasting relationships, and educate their major accounts, throughout NSW - over 750 accounts given to you!
- Visit clinics, and have face to face conversations with the cardiologists about the medical device updates and advantage
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively
- Proven track record in medical device sales, account management, or proven success in relationship building and providing the best service possible!
- In-depth understanding of the medical device industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and technological advancements - desired
- Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings
- Uncapped commission ($100,000 - $400,000 per year)
