It is an exciting time to join my client on their M&A journey through consolidating two globally established brands in the insurance industry. We are looking for multiple high performing Senior Business Analyst to join a successful team in Sydney CBD . You will bring your knowledge and expertise to an exciting project!
The role:
- Interpret the needs of the business, communicate these to the project team and seek clarity with the Executive Sponsor and Project Sponsor where required
- Conduct workshops with key stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds
- Provide strategic direction to the project team and ensure that the change will deliver the required benefits for the business
- Translate business requirements to synergise to systems and technical specialist
- Facilitate end to end integration
Your experience:
- Strong experience running workshops
- Experience working with either; Life400 - Calibre - Senator or any investor super systems
- Understanding of ; Annuities - investor bonds - super - interest billing
- A track record of success in the Registry space and Vendor type systems
- A background in insurance, wealth or banking would be advantageous
