Responsibilities:
- Digital transformations.

- Stakeholder engagement.
- ERP implementations.
- Requirement gathering.
- Analyse and optimise business processes within the local council framework.
- Collaborate with departments to gather and translate project requirements.
- Provide insights for process improvements.
- 5-6 years of Business Analyst experience.
- 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in Local Council settings.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementations.
- Strong analytic and communication skills.
- Delivery focused.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- ERP certification(s) (preferable)
