Job Description
Our top-tiered Banking client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the team to help improve existing processes and uplift the team's capability.
Role:
- Responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values/principles
- Follow processes and practices the team agree
- Clear hindrances and address team dynamics
- Establish an environment where the team can be effective
- Provide guidance to build a good relationship between the team and senior management as well as others outside the team
- Support the team from outside interruptions and distractions
- Work collaboratively with business users to understand and help the team implement system requirements
Key Skills:
- Scrum Master expertise
- Experience working within the financial sector
- Digital Banking knowledge beneficial
- Strong relationship builder and ability to slot in with a quick paced team
- Team player and excellent communication skills
