Job Description
Sirius Technology is working with a specialist consultancy to recruit an experienced Salesforce Developer / Development Lead into a technical team leadership role.
This position will be responsible for the delivery and priortisation of all development related work within this large project.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of the current Salesforce team as well as project deadlines.
- Owning the recently implemented Salesforce solution, working with Stakeholders to understand business needs and how Salesforce solution can address those needs.
- Owning the control of Salesforce solution regarding new functionality and changes.
- Working with senior management both internally and from the client site for regular updates on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is able to demosntrate the following skills:
- At least 5 years commercial Salesforce Experience
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the various Salesforce clouds - Sales, Service, Community Cloud
- In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of Salesforce
- Experience working in a project environment with multiple stakeholders
