Job Description
This company has recently implemented Service Cloud into the organisation and needs an experienced Developer to help them integrate the platform into their 3rd party applications.
You’ll be working alongside a Salesforce consultant as well as junior developer and will be responsible for working autonomously and acting as the SME for the development tasks that need doing on the platform.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Re-writing automated processes on the platform to allow for scalability
- Enhancing the data model within the platform
- Integrating with Azure
You, as the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years commercial experience on the platform
- Recent experience on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Recent experience using APIs to integrate 3rd party systems.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Have worked on projects autonomously before and successfully delivered them.
