Job Description
Our client, a well known national brand, is looking for a number of Salesforce Administrators to join the team during a time of major technology uplift.
You will join a newly formed team of 5 who are looking to really drive the business in 2019 and utilise the technology investment the business has made.
Working under the guidance of a Product Owner and Technical Architect you will be responsible for the day to day running and uplift of the Salesforce system.
You will maintain, configure, customise and develop the system as per the business requirements.
This role will give you the opportunity to be business focused as you will be discussing with the business what they are looking for the system to do and making suggestions on how you do this. You will also be responsible for showcasing the product and making suggestions on additional business benefits that come come from further utilisation.
For larger pieces of work you will be involved in the consultation with 3rd party providers who will deliver large salesforce projects. This will need you to have a fine attention to detail and great communication, management and negotiation skills.
Technical Requirements
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification
- Salesforce Admin 401 certification - Nice to have
- Salesforce App Builder Certification - Very nice to have
