Salesforce Administrator // Great Australian Brand // New Digital Transformation
Sirius Technology is partnering with a well known Austrlaian brand to recruit a Salesforce Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will be essential as part of their on-going digital transformation as they look to mature their usage of Salesforce across the business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and enhancing data integrity through design, maintenance and security of the Salesforce Platform.
- Assisting with enhancements and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
- Troubleshooting Technical issues and devising immediate and long-term solutions
- Perform system administrator tasks for the Salesforce environment including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
- Contribute to the evaluation, scope and completion of the new development requests.
- Assist in the training of new users to the Salesforce platform
You, as the ideal candidate will have:
- High quality communication skills, both verbal and written
- At Least 2 years commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud
- Great understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity
