Reporting to the Country Manager, this is an opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual.
Working with a growing sales team, you will be efficient, precise and attentive. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Managing 3 direct reports
- Developing the team
- Overseeing 3 business centres
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Ad hoc administration duties
To be successful in this position you will have the following:
- Proven experience within the Property sector
- Highly desired for Commercial Real Estate experience
- Previous experience managing a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a strong team player
- Strong relationship building skills
