Sirius Technology are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology team.
The opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be an industry expert, providing clients with up-to-date market knowledge, offering a tailored recruitment process for their contract and permanent recruitment needs managing a warm desk while also focusing on new business development within your specialist market.
The Role
- Understand clients recruitment requirements to provide a high level of service
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify and secure new business opportunities
- Maintain a strong database of contract and permanent candidates
- Manage and coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates
- Achieve targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell to our broader teams
- At least 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry
- A proven track record of sales success in generating new business is essential
- A proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment in achieving targets
- Outstanding Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong Influencing and Negotiation skills
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development
