Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to join a family run business within the food industry. Working in a friendly small team, you will be truly part of the family.
The role will involve but is not limited:
- Processing orders in SAP
- Dealing with general customer queries
- Managing any delivery queries, updating on ETA's and informing customers about any delays
- Ensure all customer account information is kept up to date
- General office administration and support
What we are looking for?
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Previous experience within Warehouse Administration (desirable)
- Previous order processing experience
- Cheerful and good attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A great work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
