Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet business goals.
- Implement project governance as per the Enterprise Project Framework.
- Address project issues and risks
- Maintain updated project documentation and progress reports.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project frameworks.
- Ensure clear understanding and accurate reporting of project deliverables.
- Develop materials for Project Steering Committees.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in banking/financial services.
- Proven success in executing projects within established frameworks.
- Experience leading successful business transformation initiatives.
- Track record of delivering complex technology-driven projects.
- Proficiency in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with PPM systems such as Clarity, Planview, Clarizen, or similar tools.
