Project Manager Position
 
Join a premier Australian organisation as a Project Manager and take charge of diverse business transformation projects that drive organisational growth. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing organisation on some exciting projects with an excellent work culture.

This is a full time permanent role based in Sydney, offering flexible work arrangements.

Interviews and immediate starts available immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet business goals.
  • Implement project governance as per the Enterprise Project Framework.
  • Address project issues and risks
  • Maintain updated project documentation and progress reports.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project frameworks.
  • Ensure clear understanding and accurate reporting of project deliverables.
  • Develop materials for Project Steering Committees.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in banking/financial services.
  • Proven success in executing projects within established frameworks.
  • Experience leading successful business transformation initiatives.
  • Track record of delivering complex technology-driven projects.
  • Proficiency in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PPM systems such as Clarity, Planview, Clarizen, or similar tools.
