Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of Australia’s leading organisations. You will be responsible for managing a range of different business transformation projects that will enable growth to occur in the organisation.
This is an initial 12 month fixed term position and must be based in Sydney but offering flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of assigned projects within the organization’s portfolio, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Implementing project governance according to the Enterprise Project Framework.
- Promptly addressing any project issues that fall outside of acceptable tolerance levels.
- Keeping project documentation and progress reports updated.
- Contributing ideas for enhancing the Enterprise Project Framework.
- Ensuring clear understanding and accurate reporting of deliverables by project workstreams.
- Creating materials for Project Steering Committees.
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience operating in banking / financial services
- Successfully executed projects within established project frameworks.
- Led business transformation initiatives to successful completion.
- Accomplished the delivery of intricate technology-driven projects.
- Utilized both waterfall and Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Proficient in using PPM systems like Clarity, Planview, Clarizen, or equivalent tools.
