Job Description
Are you an experieinced Project Manager who is passionate about new sites development? In this role, you will work closely with the business development team and help with all aspects of delivery on fast-moving projects, the initial research and planning to the actual delivery right through.
What you will be doing:
- Support and manage projects from start to finish (new sites development)
- Track and monitor projects whilst keeping tight deadline
- Responsible for risk management and quality assurance
- Work closely with the greater team to ensure sites are set up to standards
- Maintain all documentation related to projects
- Communicate progress effectively to stakeholders
- Research and run analysis as required in order to help with business development
- Manage projects to ensure budget and deadlines are met
Skills & Personality:
- Capable with solid experience managing complex projects
- Self-motivated and strong business acumen
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the commercial aspects of M&A with new sites setup
- Comfortable with communicating with various stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical mindset - bring concepts to reality
- Personable and approachable personality
- Someone who is looking to expand personal capacity - sky's the limit
