Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager to oversee a large scale Windows 11 upgrade project.
Hybrid Melbourne based role. VIC candidates only please.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish.
- Scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Windows upgrade experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Understand end user experience
- Change Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, security).
- Strong project management skills (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
