The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO , the Director, Program Change Management will develop enterprise-level strategy and standards relating to change management and workforce transition. Working in a centralized manner to provide wide range of services and support across Delaware North, this role leads, facilitates, and troubleshoots the implementation of the people side of transformation from changes to process, technology, and organizational structures. Additionally, builds, maintains, and coordinates an integrated view of enterprise-level changes within the program office and across initiatives to plan and execute, highlighting interdependencies, risks, and people-related impacts.
Responsibilities
In this highly visible role, the Director, Program Change Management works in close partnership with stakeholders, establishes frameworks, standards and governance processes to drive practical business solutions leveraging change management and organizational design practices and tools. The successful candidate will plan and execute organizational change work with the operating model lead, program lead and stakeholders; works independently on assignments, keeps stakeholders informed of progress, issues and risks. They will coordinate with the program's project managers to align program change management and communication standards, processes and activities. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of projects within the program such as initiatives including people, process, and technology changes.
