Reporting to the Senior Management team, you will:
- Hands on procurement & supplier management role responsible for sourcing and managing a large SKU environment from overseas manufacturers
- Product and category decision making, working alongside Sales, Marketing and Design teams
- Identification of New Product Opportunities through market research and analysis
- Work in cohension with a support team of product managers, demand planners, designs and shipping assistants
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in liasing with the senior executive team
- 7 years + experience within procurement, category management or supply chain planning environments - ideally in hardware, construction, engineering, FMCG or similar
- Strong analytical foundation, ability to use Excel at an advanced level and deal with a high volume of data
- Degree Qualification in Supply Chain related studies essential - APICS or CIPSA - an advantage
- Stakeholder management skills across all levels across the organisation
