Job Description

We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Sydney office and na team. Your role will be a Senior Exceutive in Operations with high level Administrative tasks, as well as additional support to the broader business leadership team, keeping on top of diary management, meetings and emails. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with all personal administration matters personal to the director.
  • Utilising Microsoft Suite for data entry, document management and powerpoint presentations.
  • Filing legal documents, physically and electronically.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Exercise professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential matters related to staff and the firm.
  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the principal in managing her daily activities. 
  • Assisting legal practice team with various administration tasks including liaising with clients, document compilation and preparation of basic correspondence, file opening and management, scheduling appointments and diary management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skill with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour and client-service orientation.
