You will be responsible for packing operations, staff, safety, compliance, and inventory as well as monitoring equipment and development projects.
Responsible for:
- People leadership - provide support, training, and coaching to warehouse staff
- Monitor KPIs for staff
- Organise OHS committee and assist with organizing monthly meetings
- Manage day-to-day packing operations and product supply
- Implement and maintain cost control measures & measure and report cost per unit, units per hour etc
- Ensure you are acting in compliance with food safety (HACCP) standards and report quality stock issues to QA.

- Previous experience in a packing/packaging management role
- Experience working within the FMCG/Food Industry
- Experience with continuous improvement – advantageous but not essential
- Initiative, positively participate & lead by example
- BOM MRP experience and Excellent knowledge of OHS/WHS/HCAPP policies is advantageous
