Job Description

My client is a marketing agency with a fun and dynamic work environment. This is a busy position where you are managing a small office and supporting the Managing Director with the day to day. The company has a cool agency vibe, and it is conveniently located in the CBD area. If you have strong office management experience and is looking for your next adventure, this might be the position you've been waiting for!

Your responsibilities:-

  • Provide 1:1 support to the Managing Director
  • Handle travel arrangements for MD and staff including flights, visa application, and hotels
  • Manage diary and work with last minute changes
  • Manage email inbox and draft internal and external correspondences as required
  • Create presentation and meeting materials for internal use, as well as for clients and other external stakeholders
  • Manage the office and make sure it runs smoothly on a day to day
  • Organise company and team building events
  • Ensure WHS, policies, company procedures, and other manuals are up to date
  • Assist with all round office admin
