$60,000k + Super
Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing industry and are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
Facilities management - order stationery, negotiate contracts with suppliers
Fleet management - new vehicle leases, insurance, documentation for incidents, PPE, reimbursements for personal usage
Travel management - booking travel with suppliers for staff, accurate information for traveling staff
Administration - support team with admin tasks, assist with HR inductions, upkeep of staff directory, reporting, raising PO’s, reception back up
Event management - assist with arranging corporate events, organise monthly morning teas, organise inhouse catering
About you:
Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills,
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Organised and ability to work in a fast paced environment
