We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to to join a Global organisation as a core member of their Head Office team located in Regents Park. Working in a fast paced and busy environment, this exciting opportunity will have you supporting the organisation nationally and predominantly in NSW.

- Coordinating office operations
- Supporting management across ANZ with travel & accommodation bookings
- Support Office Manager with office meetings & events
- Managing fleet of company vehicles across Australia
- Managing stationary/consumables for offices nationally
- Raising purchase orders
- Facilities management'
- Reception relief
- Providing monthly reports for management
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take accountability for tasks given
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential
- A 12 month contract with the option of permanency
- A supportive working environment
- Monday Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
