Moodle Administrator/Customer Support – Permanent Full-Time - $60K-$65K + superannuation

Required skills:- 
  • Moodle Administration experience is a MUST (Minimum 1+ years)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work from home (WFH) due to COVID-19
 Bonus:- 
  • Support Analyst Experience
  • Support Ticketing Systems experience (e.g. Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk)
