Required skills:-
- Moodle Administration experience is a MUST (Minimum 1+ years)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Work from home (WFH) due to COVID-19
- Support Analyst Experience
- Support Ticketing Systems experience (e.g. Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk)
