Job Description
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General
Administering, maintaining and uploading learning and assessment material to Canvas
Administering and maintaining Catalog listings and enrolments
Managing learning in a vocational education environment, with an explicit focus on compliance requirements
Managing a high level of users within the LMS
Provide professional and responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with daily ticketing and user support requests
Providing technical and training support
Troubleshooting system issues
Securely managing data
Continuous Improvement
Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of Blueprints in Canvas
Quality checks and functionality testing in Canvas and Catalog
Assisting in analyzing and updating current work processes
Essential:
Demonstrated ability in administering a Canvas LMS platform
Effective teamwork, communication and time management skills
Demonstrated ability in migrating data, upload new online training content, and effectively utilising software features
Technology troubleshooting skills and initiative
Ability to think analytically, to look at every angle to find the best approach
Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
