Job Description
General
- Administering, maintaining and uploading learning and assessment material to Canvas
- Administering and maintaining Catalog listings and enrolments
- Managing learning in a vocational education environment, with an explicit focus on compliance requirements
- Managing a high level of users within the LMS
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with daily ticketing and user support requests
- Providing technical and training support
- Troubleshooting system issues
- Securely managing data
- Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of Blueprints in Canvas
- Quality checks and functionality testing in Canvas and Catalog
- Assisting in analyzing and updating current work processes
- Demonstrated ability in administering a Canvas LMS platform
- Effective teamwork, communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability in migrating data, upload new online training content, and effectively utilising software features
- Technology troubleshooting skills and initiative
- Ability to think analytically, to look at every angle to find the best approach
- Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
