My client is HUGE here in Australia and they are looking for an exceptional L2 Support Engineer to join the team based in Central, Sydney.
This is a permanent role and suitable to someone who will work in the office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer service by resolving tickets
- Providing technical and operational support to users.
- Deploying both software and hardware
- Using Microsoft Intune for configuration of profiles
- managing technology roll outs as well as project service improvement initiatives
- Being the point of escaltion to the L1 support team
- Azure AD
- MS365, Sharepoint
- Intune
- Advanced Windows 10/11
- Powershell
- DNS, IP, DHCP
